At Pac ‘n Vac we want you to enjoy our unique products and to get the very best value from them.

Our vacuum food storage boxes are designed and manufactured to be extremely durable. They are freezer, microwave and dishwasher proof (provided lids are washed on the top rack of the dishwasher).

In the unlikely event that any product you purchase from us has broken or become damaged within a year of purchase, provided this has not been deliberate or through misuse or inattention to our Care and Use instructions, we will replace it free of charge. Simply contact us with details.

Free part replacement service

If you lose a seal or button valve or it fails (provided this has not been deliberate or through misuse or inattention to our Care and Use instructions) we send you a replacement free of charge.
